- Friday: 8 AM – 1 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 9 AM – 1 PM
💷 Hourly Rate: highly competitive, depending on experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Counter team member to join our busy Newry showroom. This role suits someone with previous customer-facing or trade counter experience who can confidently manage sales transactions, support customers, and contribute to a high-performing team.
You will play a key role in delivering excellent service, maintaining smooth sales processes, and supporting the wider sales and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing cash and account sales accurately and efficiently
- Checking invoices and orders for accuracy
- Providing excellent customer service and handling queries professionally
- Supporting customers with product selection and sales enquiries
- Working closely with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
- Proactively engaging with customers to support sales growth
- Maintaining high standards at the sales counter and showroom
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in counter sales, retail sales, or trade sales preferred but not essential
- A reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individual
- Strong attention to detail in sales and order processing
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- A team player who works well in a busy environment
- Ability to work alternate Saturdays
- Full UK driving licence
This role is predominantly based in Newry but travel to our Belfast Branch maybe required from time to time.
